To reach our department to a reputed position in the field of teaching- learning process, students may establish themselves at their own fields successfully and prove themselves not only as good human beings but also responsible citizens. The Department envisions the creation of a healthy atmosphere of teaching and learning to promote a holistic development of the students along with the cultivation of a strong love for their subject which can become an evergreen presence in their lives.
Mission
The mission focuses on developing critical and ethical thinking, providing strong foundation in philosophical knowledge and preparing students for thoughtful engagement in various aspect of life. Although the students are enriched by the available sources from the existing Library, there is a need to increase its resources. Teachers work towards imparting quality education to the young learners and become their mentors as well by building a relationship of trust and care among the primary stakeholders of the College
